Moe Zahr

Moe Zahr is the operational engine behind KRÜM 1977, bringing structure, strategy, and vision to the brand. From scaling systems to leading expansion, Moe ensures KRÜM runs with consistency and intention every single day.
He comes from a strong entrepreneurial background, managing multiple ventures across the food and retail space. With KRÜM, Moe focuses on building the infrastructure that allows the brand to grow without losing its soul—quality, culture, and community first.Together, he and Moe Mazeh blend creativity and execution, forming the partnership that powers KRÜM’s next chapter.

Meet the Chef

Moe Mazeh

Moe Mazeh is the chef and creator behind KRÜM 1977. What began as a simple curiosity in his Dearborn basement—experimenting with dough, ovens, and technique—evolved into a full culinary obsession.
Moe spent years studying heat, texture, fermentation, and flavor until he built a pizza style uniquely his own. KRÜM exists because he refused to settle for “good enough.” Every recipe, every detail, every slice carries that same uncompromising standard.Today, Moe leads KRÜM with a chef’s mindset: hands-on, craft-focused, and dedicated to delivering pizza done the right way.
